Problem description
{1} - The name of the configuration file.
{0) - The error message.
The Media Server System Manager could not access the required Media Server configuration file.
The Media Server system configuration file was corrupted or contained XML syntax errors.
No alarm can be generated because the System Manager process, which is responsible for sending events to the EPM, could not be started.
This error event could not be sent to the EPM. The event will be logged in the Media Server process log for the System Manager in the directory $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/SysMgr.
