Proposed Solution
Procedure
If the process is in a running state and cannot be stopped, stop the Media Server.
If the process cannot stop after you have stopped the Media Server, review the System Manager log file $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/logs/process/SysMgr to identify errors that are associated with this process.
If you cannot find other errors that are associated with this process, reboot the Media Server.
