Use this page to view the status of the server connections.

Speech Servers table

Column

Description

Type

The options are:

  • ASR if the server is an Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) server

  • TTS if the server is a Text-to-Speech (TTS) server

Name

The name of the server.

Address

The IP address of the server.

Engine Type

The options are:

  • nuance realspeak

Base Port

The base port assigned to the server.

Languages/TTS Voices

If the server type is:

  • ASR, the languages configured on the server

  • TTS, the languages and voices configured on the server

ICMP Check*

The options are:

  • Success: The MPP server sent an Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) request to that server and received an ICMP echo reply.

  • Failed: The MPP server did not receive an ICMP echo reply to its ICMP request.

Service Check

Tests the selected server connection.

The options are:

  • Check ASR Server

  • Check TTS server

The Media Server Service Menu displays the Check Server Status page.

H323 Resources table

Column

Description

Station

The H.323 station number.

Protocol

The protocol used by the switch. This can be H.323 or SIP.

Switch

The name of the switch the channel is configured on.

Switch Address

The IP address of the PBX.

ICMP Check*

The options are:

  • Success: The MPP server sent an Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) request to that server and received an ICMP echo reply.

  • Failed: The MPP server did not receive an ICMP echo reply to its ICMP request.

SIP Resources table

Column

Description

Trunk

The SIP trunk number.

Protocol

The protocol used by the switch. This can be H.323 or SIP.

Switch Address

The IP address of the PBX.

Channel

The channel number.

ICMP Check*

The options are:

  • Success: The MPP server sent an Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) request to that server and received an ICMP echo reply.

  • Failed: The MPP server did not receive an ICMP echo reply to its ICMP request.

Application Servers table

Column

Description

Name

The name of the application running on the MPP.

URL

The fully qualified path to the first page of the application.

DNIS

The telephone numbers associated with the application.

Called URI

The Universal Resource Indicator (URI) associated with this application.

ASR

Displays true if the application is configured to use an Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) server.

TTS

Displays true if the application is configured to use an Text-to-Speech (TTS) server.

Converse-on

Displays true if the application is invoked by an Avaya Call Center system using the converse-on vector command.

ICMP Check*

The options are:

  • Success: The MPP server sent an Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) request to that server and received an ICMP echo reply.

  • Failed: The MPP server did not receive an ICMP echo reply to its ICMP request.

Log Servers table

Column

Description

Event Level

Only those events that match the event level or higher than the event level are sent to the Log server.

Address

The IP address of the server.

Port

The HTTP port number to access the server.

Service

The web service name for the Log Server.

ICMP Check*

The options are:

  • Success: The MPP server sent an Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) request to that server and received an ICMP echo reply.

  • Failed: The MPP server did not receive an ICMP echo reply to its ICMP request.

Service Check

Click Check Log Service to view the status of the log server on the Check Log Service page.
