If this event is followed by PMRCP00009, then Avaya Experience Portal should be operating properly. Otherwise, follow the steps below to correct the problem:
Procedure
Verify that the ASR or TTS server is running properly.
Verify that you can ping the ASR or TTS server from the Media Server.
Verify that you can ping the Media Server MRCP Network Address that was configured on the EPM from the ASR or TTS server.
