Trigger component

Media Server telephony provider that runs as part of the SessionManager process

Problem description

{0} - The name of the SIP trunk that is assigned through the EPM.

{1} - The state that the trunk went out of service.

This event is triggered when a SIP trunk is in the Out-Of-Service state or when multiple SIP trunks are being configured on the Media Server. Avaya Experience Portal supports only one SIP trunk.

Procedure

  1. From the EPM, go to VoIP Connections.
  2. Click the SIP tab.
  3. Disable additional SIP connections that are configured on the EPM.
