Problem description
The SessionManager is exiting because it could not establish a connection with either the CCXML or the vxmlmgr. This problem occurred because either the CCXML, the vxmlmgr, or both processes were not running properly.

Procedure
Verify that both the CCXML and the vxmlmgr processes are running using one of the following methods:
Review the home page of the Media Server Service Menu.
