On the EPM, verify that the ASR server configurations are correct.
Verify that the ASR server is running properly.
Ensure that the network connection between the Media Server and the ASR server is established.
Verify that you can connect to the ASR server from the Media Server.
On the ASR server, verify that you can ping the MRCP Network Address that was configured for the Media Server.
