The Media Server System Manager could not stop the process that was listed in the event message.
Proposed Solution
Procedure
If the process continues to run after the Media Server System Manager sends the Stop signal, stop the Media Server.
If the process named in the event message cannot be stopped from the command line, reboot the Media Server.
