The station that was specified in the event message might have an invalid configuration. The Media Server might not be able to detect this condition until a call comes in through the specified H.323 port.
For example, if the error message {0} in the event message stated that "No display Module configured," you should verify that the H.323 station that was set up on the PBX has the Display Module configured according to the information given in the Avaya Experience Portal Configuration Note.
