{1} - The error message.

The SessionManager could not initialize the TTS provider.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Review the log reports on the EPM for additional ASR provider errors.
  2. Review the SessionManager process logs using the Logs page on the Media Server Service Menu.
  3. If the problem persists, contact Avaya Technical Support.
    Note:

    Before contacting Avaya Technical Support, try to reproduce the problem by setting the Session and TTS tracing to Finest, and generating the log file.
