Problem description

{0} - The name of the station.

{1} - The name of the PBX.

{2} - The error message.

The SessionManager could not remove a station from the PBX because either the station was not added or it was already removed.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Go to the EPM interface.
  2. On the H.323 Connections Web page, verify that the Phone Number and Password configurations are correct.
  3. On the Port Distribution Web page, verify that the port that you want to use for the station is not currently allocated to a Media Server.
  4. If the port is currently allocated to a Media Server, go to the Media Server Service Menu.
  5. Review the Telephony Resources to verify whether this port is in use or not.
  6. If the port is in use, restart the Media Server on the System Monitor Web page.
