Problem description

{0} - The name of the telephony provider.

{1} - Provides information for the event or alarm.

The Session Manager could not load the telephony provider shared object from the $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/bin/VoIP.so file because the file was missing or permissions for the file were set incorrectly.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the file $AVAYA_MPP_HOME/bin/VoIP.so exists and that the permissions for the file are set correctly.
  2. Restart the Media Server.
  3. If the problem persists, contact Avaya Technical Support.
    Note:

    Before contacting Avaya Technical Support, reproduce the problem by setting the Session and CCXML tracing to Finest. Generate the log file and contact Avaya Technical Support.
