Problem description

{0} - The name of the channel.

{1} - The state that the channel went out of service.

{2} - The registration IP address on the switch.

The system could not register a specified extension.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Review log files to identify additional errors that are related to this problem.
  2. Ensure that the Media Server can ping the registration IP address.
  3. Ensure that the Media Server can be pinged from the registration IP address.
  4. Verify the PBX configurations to ensure that there are enough IP_API_A licenses and that all the stations are configured correctly.
