Station State: The state of the station at the time this page was accessed. Possible values are:
Unknown
Idle
In-Service
Out-of-Service Manually
Out-of-Service Fault
Type: Whether this call was inbound or outbound. Possible values are:
ID: The unique call identifier for the call. The call ID is an internal system identifier for the call that can be useful in tracking the progress of a call through the system, especially when diagnosing and troubleshooting system problems.

URI |
Displays:
Calling: The URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) that the call came from, if available. This is the same as the ANI for the call.
Called: The URI of a placed call, if available. This is the same as the DNIS for the call.

Connect Time |
The amount of time for which a call is connected. |
Session ID |
The ID for the session during which this call was handled. |
