On the EPM, verify that the TTS server configurations are correct.
Verify that the TTS server is running properly.
Verify that the network connection between the TTS server and the Media Server is established.
Verify that you can connect to the TTS server from the Media Server.
On the TTS server, verify that you can ping the MRCP Network Address that was configured for the Media Server.
