Problem description

{0}: Name of the application.

{1}: Name of the variable representing the prompt.

{2}: SQL error from Postgres or an error specifying that the prompt name is too big.

Error occurred while updating a prompt in the configurable application variable database. Either an occurred SQL query or the prompt name was too big.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. If the error occurred because of an SQL query, verify that:

    • Postgres is running

    • Enough disc space is available

    • If enough disc space is available and Postgres is running, then contact Avaya support.

  2. If the error occurred because of a long prompt name, decrease the size of the prompt name.
