Problem description

The system encountered a problem with the database.

Proposed Solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the application log is being deleted on a regular basis.
    Note:

    The application log is deleted when CDR and SDR are deleted.

  2. Verify that the Avaya Experience Portal database is running properly.
  3. If the database is not running properly, restart Postgres, and then restart the EPM by entering the service vpms restart command.
  4. Restore the database from a backup.
