Problem description

{0} - The VXML message channel.

{1} - The error message.

The SessionManager could not register the callback method for the VXML channel object. This problem occurred due to one of the following reasons:

  • The Media Server installation was not completed successfully.

  • The SessionManager encountered configuration problems.

Procedure

  1. Reinstall the Media Server.
  2. If the problem persists, contact Avaya Technical Support.
    Note:

    Before contacting Avaya Technical Support, reproduce the problem by setting the Session and CCXML tracing to Finest.
