No outbound channels were available when the SessionManager placed an outbound call through the telephony provider. For example, the bridge transfer or the CCXML application attempted to make an outbound call.

About this task

If all of the channels are configured as Inbound/Outbound, increase the number of telephony ports on your Avaya Experience Portal system.

If there is a mix of Inbound-Only ports and Inbound/Outbound ports, do the following:

  1. Review the call volume on the Avaya Experience Portal system.
  2. Determine if there are inbound ports available.
  3. If there are inbound ports available, change some of the Inbound-Only ports to Inbound/Outbound ports.
