Operating system
Operating system indicates the release and issue number of the Linux operating system that is running the server. For example,
2.6.18-128.AV14xen is the release (by field: major release, minor release, development release - sub-release, Avaya release).
i686 is the processor type
system manufacturer
Built
The month, day, time and year that the software release was produced.
Contains
The issue and load number of the software that is running on the server.
CM Reports as
A more full version of the software release name. For example, R016x.02.0.818.0 indicates: Release string, such as R016, identifies the software product (Release 16) and, boot Image, such as x, identifies the target (x is for Linux).
Major release: Such as 02. The major release number is incremented to mark a significant phase of R016 product evolution; the minor release number is reset to 0
Minor release: Such as 01, indicates changes within a major release. The major release and minor release numbers together are used to identify the issue of software (for example, issue 2.01)
Load number: Such as 818, is incremented for each new software build.
Final Number: Additional release number, for internal use only.
CM Release String
Same data as CM Reports as expect it shows a system name. For example, vcm-016-02.0.818.0 indicates: Release string, such as vcm (Virtual Communication Manager), identifies the system name.

Updates
Displays a list of updates on the system. The updates are split up into CM updates and Platform/Security updates updates. Information displayed about each update consists of the update ID, status, type and description.
Update ID: This field displays the unique identifier.
Status: This field displays the current update status, for example, activated, unpacked, and so on.
Type: This field displays one of the following update types. This page will prompt the user to continue only if the update is of type cold.
Cold: If the type of update displayed is cold, it means that the update is service affecting.
Hot: If the type of update displayed is hot, it means the update is not service affecting.
Update Description: This field displays a brief description of the update.
CM Translation Saved
The month, day, and time that the software translations were last saved to the translations directory (this may change to month-day-year format depending on the elapsed time since the translations were saved).
CM License Installed
The month, day, and time that the software is installed, the format is year-day-month time.
CM Memory Config
Server boot time memory configuration – Large, Medium or Small.
