Preparing to set up Whisper Paging

Procedure

  1. Verify that your Communication Manager server has a media module that supports whisper paging.

    For information on specific models, see the Avaya Aura® Communication Manager Hardware Description and Reference.

  2. Verify that your users have 6400-, 7400-, 8400-, or 9400-series DCP (digital) telephones.
