If any features or alarms are active, you cannot log off from the Communication Manager System Administration Terminal (SAT) interface. Disable any active features or alarms before logging off the system.
Procedure
On the command line interface, type Logoff.
Press Enter.
At the Proceed with Logoff prompt, type y.
If you log off with the alarm origination disabled, Avaya support services will not receive alarm notifications when Communication Manager System Administration Terminal (SAT) generates an alarm.
