Setting the trunk alerting tone interval

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Communication Manager CLI.
  2. In the command prompt, type change system-parameters features.
  3. Click Next until you see the Trunk Alerting Tone Interval (seconds) field.
  4. In the Trunk Alerting Tone Interval (seconds) field, specify the interval at which the Communication Manager must repeat the alerting tone on the call.
  5. Set the Use Trunk COR for Outgoing Trunk Disconnect/Alert? field to y.
  6. In the command prompt, type save translations.
  7. Press Enter to save your changes.
