The ARS access code 9 is dropped when a user dials 9 to access ARS and makes an outgoing call. The ARS access code 9 is dropped before digit analysis takes place.
Procedure
On the SAT command line interface, type change dialplan.
Press Enter.
The system displays the DCS to QSIG TSC Gateway.
Move to row 9 and type fac in the first column.
To save the changes that you make, press Enter.
Type change features.
Press Enter.
The system displays the Feature Access Code (FAC) screen.
