Using the Issue-of-the-Day message

About this task

You can use the Communication Manager file /etc/issue.avaya that contains the sample text for the Issue of the Day message.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Communication Manager server.
  2. On the Command Line Interface (CLI), run the following commands:

    • cp /etc/issue.avaya /etc/issue

    • cp /etc/issue.avaya /etc/issue.net
