The Omnichannel Administration Utility provides the option to configure startup message for a specific channel type. This functionality enables you to send initial messages from SMS or Social channels to the BotConnector. You can use the Automation Config option to configure the message for the following options:

• Enable Startup message for Channel Type.

• Enable sending of initial customer's message for Channel Type.
