About this task

Use the Automation option to enable the startup message for a specific channel type.

Procedure

  1. Start Omnichannel Administration Utility.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Automation.
  3. Click Config.
  4. Navigate to the Automation Configuration section.
  5. In the Enable Startup message for Channel Type option, select the channel type.
  6. Select the channel type Enable sending of initial customer's messages for Channel Type.
  7. Click Save.
