Setting contacts to closed

About this task

Omnichannel Administration utility provides a contact cleanup option that sets all contacts of any type to a Closed state.

Important:

This option sets all contacts to the closed state. Therefore, you must use this option carefully.

Procedure

  1. Start Omnichannel Administration Utility.
  2. In the navigation pane, click General Administration > System > Contact cleanup.
  3. In the Set all contacts to closed field, click Close Contacts.

    This sets all contacts in the database to closed. As a result, the active sessions of the contacts are terminated.

  4. Click Yes to confirm.
