Searching users

About this task

You can search for users through name, login name, or extension. However, you cannot search through team, department, or site.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Control Manager web interface as an administrator.
  2. Click Users.
  3. In the Search field, type a search keyword, and click the Search icon ().

    You can search for users by:

    • Name

    • User name

    • Avaya login

    • Extension
