The administrator can disable polling on an individual mailbox or multiple mailboxes for a maintenance window.
Procedure
Start Omnichannel Administration Utility.
In the navigation pane, click E-mail.
Click Recipient Addresses.
Select a mailbox to disable and click Edit > Disable.
Optional To disable multiple mailboxes, click Disable All.
When you click Disable All, it takes a maximum of five minutes for Avaya Oceana® to apply the changes and disable email polling. Similarly, when you click Enable All, it also takes a maximum of five minutes for Avaya Oceana® to apply the changes and enable email polling.
