Cloning an agent

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Control Manager web interface as an administrator.
  2. Click Users.
  3. On the Users tab, double-click the agent that you want to clone.
  4. Select the agent, and click the Clone icon ().

    Depending on the profile selected, Avaya Control Manager copies different properties.

  5. Provide values for the following properties that Avaya Control Manager does not copy:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • LDAP Username

    • Username

    • Password
