Deleting Ad hoc email rules

About this task

Use this procedure to delete an Ad hoc email rule that is not required.

Note:

The default Ad hoc email rule or rule assigned to a mailbox cannot be deleted.

Procedure

  1. Start Omnichannel Administration Utility.
  2. In the navigation pane, click E-mail.
  3. Select Outbound Rules > Ad hoc Rules.

    The list of existing Ad hoc email rules is displayed.

  4. Select the Ad hoc email rule not required and click Delete.
