Use this procedure to create a System Manager custom template in ACM. The name of the System Manager custom template must be the same name as configured in ACM.
Procedure
Log in to Avaya Control Manager.
Navigate to Resources Manager > Templates > System Manager Custom Templates.
The application displays System Manager Custom Templates List page.
Click the Add (+) icon.
In the Name field, enter the same name as configured in ACM.
In the Type field, select CM End Point.
In the Location Name, select the appropriate CM location name.
In the Extension Template Name, select the required extension template name.
In the CM Version, select the appropriate version.
