Configuring layouts

About this task

You can configure a layout while creating a new layout or editing an existing layout.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Avaya Workspaces as an administrator user.
  2. On the Avaya Workspaces administrator interface, click the Layout Manager icon.
  3. Do one of the following:

    • For creating a new layout, click Create New Layout.

    • To edit an existing layout, click the edit icon.

  4. In the Name field, type a name for the layout.
  5. In the Description field, type the layout description.
  6. To use a compressed layout, select Use compressed.
  7. Use the + and x buttons on the left and right columns respectively, move the required agent groups from the unselected to the selected area.
  8. Click Save Changes.
