Configuring rejection codes

About this task

When an approver rejects emails, mandatory rejection reason codes must be assigned to the contacts. Administrators can create rejection reason codes.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Avaya Control Manager.
  2. Navigate to Configuration > Avaya Oceana > Reason Codes.
  3. Click the Rejection Codes tab.
  4. Click Add.
  5. In the Name field, enter a name for the rejection reason code.
  6. In the Number field, enter a unique number for the rejection reason code.
  7. In the Contact Type field, Email is selected by default.
  8. Click Save.
