This section describes an example approval attribute configuration for a service.

Consider the following Work Assignment service EnglishSalesEmail.

To send an email associated with this service through the approval service, there is flexibility to configure the system. One approach is to create a new approval attribute, to represent the service.

In Avaya Control Manager, you must create a new Approval attribute for this service with a descriptive name, Approval.EnglishSalesApproval. Assign Approval.EnglishSalesApproval as the only approval attribute in OCP Administration. See Configuring rule groups.

Assign Approval.EnglishSalesApproval attribute to the agents or supervisors to be assigned as approvers, for the emails routed through this service.
