Agent log-off on browser disconnect

For an ongoing agent-customer contact, Avaya Oceana® introduces an automatic agent log-off feature. The feature is based on a fixed time-lapse or a configurable timer during any of the following error conditions:
  • Browser disconnect or when the agent accidently closes the browser

  • Browser freeze

  • Network disconnect

  • System freeze
