Repeating a customer deletion request

About this task

To repeat a customer deletion previously run, you can use the delete replay option. For example, use this option to delete previously redacted data from the Context Store or Avaya Analytics™ databases after a database restore. You can repeat a previous deletion based on customer ID.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Omnichannel Database server.
  2. Start the Oceana Data Management utility.
  3. In the Oceana Data Management utility, click Privacy.
  4. In the navigation pane, click Delete Replay.
  5. In the Delete Replay section, in the Customer Id field, type the ID of the customer to repeat the deletion action.
  6. To delete previously redacted data from the Context Store and Avaya Analytics™ databases, select the Analytics and Context Store check boxes.
  7. Click Replay.

    The Oceana Data Management utility displays the result of the replay action.
