Configuring the custom card limit

About this task

You can create custom cards using the Avaya Workspaces Widget Framework. Custom cards appear in the interaction area, and are similar to the default interaction cards. You can use this setting to configure the maximum number of custom cards that can appear in the interaction area.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Avaya Workspaces as an administrator user.
  2. On the Avaya Workspaces administrator interface, click the Admin Settings button.
  3. In the Custom Card Limit field, select the number of custom cards that must appear in the interaction area at a time.

    The maximum number of customer cards that can appear in the interaction area is 10.
