Configuring holidays

Before you begin

  • Identify the closed days of the contact center.

About this task

You can configure the days and times that your contact center is open for holidays.

Procedure

  1. Start Omnichannel Administration utility.
  2. In the navigation pane, click E-mail.
  3. Click Office hours.
  4. In Template section, type the name of a calendar to configure.
  5. In the holiday box, under Name, type the name of a public holiday.
  6. Select the Holiday Date for the holiday and specify the time for the holiday. You can choose from All Day or a specify Start time and End time.
  7. Click Save.
