Editing Ad hoc email rules

About this task

Use this procedure to edit the existing Ad hoc email rules.

Procedure

  1. Start Omnichannel Administration Utility.
  2. In the navigation pane, click E-mail.
  3. Select Outbound Rules > Ad hoc Rules.

    The list of existing Ad hoc email rules is displayed.

  4. Select an Ad hoc email rule and click Edit.
  5. Update the configured attributes and field values as required.
  6. Click Save.
