Editing a user

Before you begin

Ensure that the user is logged off before you edit the user role. You cannot edit the role of a user that is logged in.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Control Manager web interface as an administrator.
  2. Click Users.
  3. On the Users tab, click the team, and select the user.
  4. Click the three downward arrows (), and click Edit User.
  5. On the User Details page, type the details in the required fields.

    For information about the fields, see Using Avaya Control Manager.

  6. In the Username field, type a user name.
  7. In the Password field, type a password.
  8. Click the Save icon ().
