Configuring thresholds in Avaya Control Manager

About this task

Use this procedure to configure thresholds for Channels and Named Services.

Before you begin

Ensure that UCA is functioning.

Procedure

  1. On the Avaya Control Manager webpage, click Configuration > Avaya Oceana™ > Threshold > Analytics Service Levels.
  2. On the SLA Threshold Management page, select the Channel Name whose values you want to change and enter values.
  3. To change individual values, click the value that you want to change and enter a new value.
  4. Click Save.

    The system saves the new threshold value and synchronizes the new value between Control Manager and UCA.
