enableVantageFWSupport.sh command

Last Updated : Jun 10, 2026 |

Description

The enableVantageFWSupport.sh command is used to configure the file size limit for phone firmware packages you can upload to the Utility Server. By default, the file size limit is 800 MB. You can increase it to 1,500 MB (1.5 GB).

Although the script name references Avaya Vantage™, the script increases the firmware package size limit for all phone models that the Utility Server supports.

Run the enableVantageFWSupport.sh script from the /opt/Avaya/DeviceServices/<version>/CAS/<version>/misc directory. You can navigate to this directory by using the cdto misc command.

Syntax
