Last Updated : Jun 10, 2026 |

About this task

If a Cassandra node contains inaccurate information, Avaya Aura® Device Services fixes this issue during the next automatic database repair operation. Avaya Aura® Device Services performs automatic repairs on a weekly basis. If you do not want to wait until the next automatic repair, you can run the Cassandra repair process manually.

Important:
  • Avaya recommends that you use the automatic repair functionality to fix database issues whenever possible.

  • The repair process might impact the Avaya Aura® Device Services performance. Therefore, ensure to run the repair outside of business hours in your enterprise.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Aura® Device Services CLI as an administrator.
  2. Run the following command:
    nodetool repair -full

The repair process might take some time to complete.
