Agent Address Books page field descriptions

Use this page to add, delete, or modify address book entries.


Field or Button	Description
New Agent Address	Use to add new agent address book entry.
Add Multiple	Use to add multiple agent address book entries.
Delete	Use to delete the agent address book entry.
Search Agent Address Books	Use to enter the name of the agent address book to search.
Filter	Click to perform advanced search. The following fields are displayed when you click Filter: Column Name Operator Search Text
Column Name	Select the column name based on which you want to perform the advanced search. The following are the options: Name Address
Operator	Click the operator you want to use to perform the advanced search. The following are the options: Equal to (=) Not Equal to (!=) in like not like
Search Text	Type the text you want to search.
Refresh	Click to clear the search.
Actions	The following are the options: Edit: To edit an agent address book entry. For more information, see Editing address book entry. Delete: To delete an agent address book entry. For more information, see Deleting address book entry.
Name	Displays the name of the entry.
Address	Displays the address of the entry.
Description	Displays the description of the entry.
