Deleting an agent

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Agents menu, click Agent Configuration.
  3. On the Agent Configuration page, select the check box next to the agent that you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete.
