Deleting a callback

About this task

You can delete callbacks that are in one of the following states only:

  • Expired

  • Completed

  • Overwritten

  • Manually Cancelled

  • Contact Excluded

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Campaigns menu, click Callback Manager.
  3. On the Callback Manager page, select one or more callbacks that you want to delete and click Delete.
  4. On the confirmation message, click Yes.
