Proactive Outreach Manager (POM) provides outbound campaign management capability for voice, email, SMS, and custom channels.

POM contains the following modules:

• Manager: Use this module to create and manage agent-assisted or automated outbound campaigns. You can associate contact lists, containing contact information of your customers, with the campaigns. You can then run the campaigns to communicate with your customers.

  For example, a bank can create and run an outbound campaign to provide information about the upgraded banking services to its customers.

• Dashboard: Use this module to access Supervisor Dashboard and perform real-time monitoring of the active campaigns.

  You can monitor campaign-related resources and activities, such as, staffed agents, active contact data and Do-Not-Call (DNC) information import jobs. You can also view the inbound skills and license summary information.

The modules that are available to you depend on the role that is assigned to your user account.
