Editing phone starting digits for dialing rule

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Configurations menu, click Country Specific Phone Settings.
  3. On the Country Specific Phone Settings page, click .
  4. On the Dialing Rules page, click the area code for which to edit the phone starting digits.
  5. In the Phone Starting Digits window, add or edit the phone starting digits in the text box.
  6. Click Save.
